Have you ever….

Been so stuck in life that you have no idea where you are going? You have so many plans for yourself, things you want to accomplish, but you don’t know where to start? The want to be successful an have an easy, worry free life that your dreams get pushed to the back burner but you get lost in how to recreate this fantasy of a successful life without your dream but cannot find that missing puzzle piece? You want something so bad but nothing or no one seems to be able to fulfill that void. Have you ever been so lost that founding know who you are anymore? Living your life in 3rd person, almost like you are living on the outside looking in…. this is me… sometimes I wish I didn’t feel this way, so alone…..

21 to create a habit. eat clean for 21 days. no sugar for 21 days. 2 liters of water per day for 21 days. Day 22? you won’t even think twice.

So I just started using MyFitnessPal and decided that it would be a good idea to try and see what I’m eating on a daily basis and how changing my diet results in changing my weight and healthiness… haha. This is yesterdays log, todays later… Lets see how this works hah
